About the role
The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for driving service revenue growth and customer retention across the assigned region by selling service contracts, renewals, upgrades, and billable service solutions. The role will develop strong customer relationships, identify service opportunities, improve contract attach and renewal rates, and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
What you'll do
- Service Contract Sales & Renewals
- Drive annual service contract revenue, renewals, and win-back opportunities within the assigned territory
- Proactively engage customers ahead of contract expiry to maximize renewal conversion
- Identify uncovered instruments and convert them into service contracts
- Drive contract upgrades, extended coverage, and value-added service offerings
