About the role
Role will be focused on heading business divisions in the specific African countries to lead their Agri and non-agri commodities trading and processing SBUs.
What you'll do
- Drive sales of SEZ assets to Indian, African, and global investors by effectively pitching the value proposition of investing in Africa
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and supply chain functions to secure optimal commodity pricing and make informed trading, risk mitigation, and processing decisions
- Plan and manage logistics to support efficient commodity trading and processing activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Africa and internationally to ensure seamless business execution
- Implement risk mitigation strategies related to commodity trading and processing
