About the role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic and governance-focused leader, responsible for driving financial stewardship, compliance, and capital management. Reporting to the CEO & MD , the role will shape the company's financial strategy, strengthen investor relations, and ensure robust governance as the business scales its electric mobility platform.

What you'll do

• Lead all aspects of financial accounting , reporting, and internal controls
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance frameworks
• Develop and execute financing strategies to support rapid business expansion
• Manage capital structure , liquidity, and working capital efficiency
• Oversee investor relations and shareholder communications with JV partners and external stakeholders
