About the role
The Chief Operating Officer will lead the company's business and operational performance with a strategic focus on scaling the Gold Loan business. This role oversees business execution across the branch network, strengthens operational processes and controls, drives productivity and customer experience, and ensures sustainable portfolio growth.
What you'll do
- Lead the growth and operational performance of the Gold Loan business across the branch network
- Drive AUM, disbursements, customer acquisition, renewals, and branch productivity
- Oversee the end-to-end Gold Loan lifecycle including sourcing, appraisal, LTV, credit, documentation, disbursement, custody, release, and auction
- Lead branch, regional, and field operations across geographies
- Drive business targets, productivity, operational efficiency, and cost optimisation
