What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end HR function and advise the MD, Promoters and leadership team
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development
- Strengthen performance management, rewards and employee engagement
- Partner with Sales, Manufacturing and Corporate functions on workforce and people priorities
- Oversee HR policies, processes, HRMS and people analytics
