About the role
This senior leadership role exists to lead the Spares, Servicing, Refurbishment, and Retrofit business, with a strategic focus on international customers, particularly utilities and power-sector clients. The role involves managing customer engagements, site evaluations, and commercial discussions, reporting directly to the Director.
What you'll do
- Lead the Spares, Servicing, Refurbishment, and Retrofit business for domestic and international customers
- Develop and manage business relationships with international utilities and select domestic customers
- Conduct customer and site visits to evaluate the condition of installed equipment
- Assess equipment for on-site repair, factory refurbishment/reconditioning, or replacement through retrofit solutions
- Identify opportunities for supplying spares, replacement parts, and partial quantities of new equipment
