We're looking for a Director - Product Development to join our team in Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Lead Global Delivery and Customer Outcomes
- Own delivery quality, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and execution confidence across the global Retain portfolio
- Establish clear expectations for delivery, engineering execution, quality, collaboration, customer responsiveness, and risk management
- Oversee portfolio planning, forecasting, staffing, utilization , margin performance, and continuous improvement, including effective collaboration with India-based teams
- Serve as an executive escalation point for strategic customers, ensuring clear ownership, recovery plans, communication, and root-cause actions
