About the role
You will design, build, and evolve web applications using Python on the backend and React on the frontend, with a primary focus on backend (roughly 70% backend / 30% frontend). You will own features from concept through deployment, contribute to technical strategy, and help build secure, scalable, and maintainable products.
What you'll do
- Design and develop modern web applications using Python and React
- Build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Lead technical design discussions, create architecture documents, and drive decisions on scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
- Own features end to end, from discovery and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality customer outcomes
