About the role
The Commercial Strategy team is responsible for optimizing the firm’s go-to-market strategy, commercial operations and business development infrastructure. The team partners closely with firm leadership and practice leaders to drive revenue growth, enhance client engagement, improve pipeline visibility and strengthen decision-making through technology, data and process optimization.
What you'll do
- Own the commercial agenda for the Healthcare vertical, serving as the firm’s sector SME
- Partner with senior team members across the firm to drive recurring deliverables, including sector POVs, quarterly outlooks, market maps, origination theses
- Equip MDs, PLLs and Account Teams with the sector context and briefings needed to pursue whitespace and cross-sell opportunities ahead of priority meetings and pursuits
- Monitor industry trends, market signals and competitive dynamics specific to the Healthcare sector and translate them into actionable commercial direction
- Support business development efforts with sector-specific positioning, insight and supporting analysis
