The Director, PI at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional to assume a wide range of responsibilities to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. The Director, PI will lead the India delivery function for transaction execution, operational turnaround and value creation programs, ensuring seamless execution, quality control and scalability.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent diligence, transaction and transformation engagements
- Act as the primary interface between India and U.S.-based teams
- Ensure delivery of high-quality operational insights, financial analyses and implementation tracking
- Drive development of standardized toolkits, playbooks and best practices for operational improvement and turnarounds
- Lead resource planning, team scaling and capability development within India
