About the role
The firm delivers integrated financial and operational solutions across Transaction Advisory Services, Transaction Execution Services, Office of the CFO, Valuations, Performance Improvement, Turnaround & Restructuring and Investment Banking. Engagement teams are lean and execution-oriented, working directly with senior stakeholders to navigate complex transitions and transformations.
What you'll do
- Lead and support in designing, optimizing and transforming end-to-end finance processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report
- Assess current state finance operations, identify process inefficiencies and design future state operating models that improve effectiveness, scalability and controls
- Advise clients on process design, technology enabled solution implementation and scalable finance processes to improve operational effectiveness
- Lead and support month end and year end close activities, including AP, AR and GL close processes, financial statement preparation, FX accounting and audit support
- Perform balance sheet substantiation, account reconciliations and preparation of audit schedules to support financial reporting integrity and audit readiness
