- Lead liquidity management (cash flow forecasting, treasury operations and stakeholder communications), case administration (filing preparation, bankruptcy reporting
- Develop detailed financial projections and business plans tailored to client situations
- Lead executive reporting package preparation including KPIs, thirteen-week cash flows (TWCFs), financial performance analysis, budget reviews, board presentations
- Synthesize complex business drivers, situational analysis and underlying complexity to advise clients and maximize value
