The Vice President, Investment Banking (IB) role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to play a key role in execution of complex middle-market transactions while leveraging integrated capabilities across practice lines – a differentiated model aimed to delivery comprehensive solutions to clients.
What you'll do
- Partner with senior team members across practice lines to lead live M&A transaction, capital raise, recapitalization
- Manage the preparation and review of complex financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials
- Oversee the development of client deliverables including teasers, confidential information presentations, management presentations, process letters and board materials
- Evaluate strategic alternatives and capital structure solutions for companies facing operational or financial challenges
- Coordinate due diligence processes, data room management and transaction timelines
