About the role
The firm delivers integrated financial and operational solutions across Transaction Advisory Services, Transaction Execution Services, Office of the CFO, Valuations, Performance Improvement, Turnaround & Restructuring and Investment Banking. Engagement teams are lean and execution-oriented, working directly with senior stakeholders to navigate complex transitions and transformations.
What you'll do
- Lead and execute FDD engagements including Quality of Earnings (QoE), working capital analysis, revenue / EBITDA analysis and cash flow reviews
- Manage carve-outs, synergy assessments and integration reviews
- Deliver high-quality work products aligned with U.S. standards
- Work directly with senior U.S. deal teams on high-impact transactions
- Act as primary contact for US-based engagement teams and clients
