About the role
Automation Testing builds how developers test and automate their APIs, from local runs and CI pipelines to scheduled and large-scale runs in the cloud. You'll lead a few areas within Automation Testing and own the end-to-end product experience, from what we build to how it ships and runs. You'll stay hands-on, working alongside the staff and senior engineers who shape the technical direction.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end experience of your areas, across engineering, product and design
- Set technical direction with staff and senior engineers, and grow senior engineers into leads
- Hire, coach and grow engineers
- Own delivery and operational health: planning, commitments, on-call, incidents and customer escalations
- Partner with product, design, platform and customer-facing teams
