About the role
You will be part of Postman’s Test Infrastructure team , which powers quality at scale across the company. From CI/CD pipelines to test frameworks and observability, we focus on improving developer productivity and accelerating feedback loops. We’re looking for a senior engineer who can help us scale our test infrastructure to meet the next phase of Postman’s growth.
What you'll do
- Design and build scalable test infrastructure, frameworks, and tooling with a strong engineering-first mindset
- Collaborate with a small, high-impact team to improve system reliability and developer productivity
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to optimise performance, cost, and feedback cycles
- Develop internal tools and frameworks that simplify testing and improve product quality
- Build and enhance test observability systems , including metrics, dashboards, and insights
