24X7 Production Support for all Data Engineering Technology applications jobs and processes which includes: Solid understanding of data pipelines and transforms and step functions in AWS Glue Monitoring of all application jobs and processes in Redwood Scheduler, AWS, Azure Lead a group of engineers working 24X7 Troubleshooting and resolving all failures Proactively identified pipeline failures and had ability to quickly analyze the root cause of such issues
What you'll do
- Monitoring of all application jobs and processes in Redwood Scheduler, AWS, Azure
- Providing daily load status reports
- Manage and maintain Knowledge DB/Repository and runbooks
- Provide evidence about Production processes as per required by Audit
- Support DR / BCP activities
