IST time zone Regular shifts, but there will be calls in the evening
What you'll do
- As part of this, we develop JSM intake forms, create automation scripts, to transition issues between jsm and Jira, and develop automation to automate manual processes
- Develop Dashboards using eazy Bi and out-of-the-box widgets
- The resource will be the tech lead, who will do the following
- Understand the requirements of the customer
- Co-ordinate with client stakeholders to clarify requirements
