What you'll do
- Include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Processes and reviews all incoming borrower, attorney, and authorized third party inquiries and complaints
- Enters root cause codes for all correspondence to easily identify any possible trends
- Opens MSP tasks for Payoff and Reinstatement Quotes requests
- Updates accounts with any applicable codes to suppress credit reporting for payment disputes
