What you'll do
- Managing cloud operations workstreams and supporting client service delivery across infrastructure environments
- Analyzing incident patterns, service trends, and operational data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Administering and troubleshooting cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools such as Dynatrace APM, Splunk, and Performance Monitor
- Supporting cloud compliance, service management, and infrastructure governance activities across assigned engagements
