About the role
As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.
What you'll do
- Engage with clients to gather functional requirements and understand business processes related to building permits and approvals
- Prepare comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Use Case documents, and process flow diagrams
- Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
- Review system outputs and assist in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Analyze CAD drawings and ensure alignment with system validation rules
