About the role
As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. What you'll do
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions
- Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Recruitment
- Customize SAP HCM processes to support HR business processes
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support post-implementation
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users
