About the role
As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and manage observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager, and related tools on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, thresholds, and health-check mechanisms for proactive incident detection and remediation
- Implement and optimize Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions, including distributed tracing, service dependency mapping
- Configure and manage Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Logic Apps, and KQL-based monitoring solutions from scratch
- Integrate observability and monitoring solutions into CI/CD pipelines and track deployment, build, and operational metrics
