What you'll do
- Client Leadership & Delivery Ownership
- Lead large-scale strategy, transformation, and operating model engagements in the BFSI sector
- Own client relationships with senior stakeholders (CXO-1 / CXO-2 level) and act as the primary point of contact
- Translating client needs into structured problem statements, solution approaches, and execution roadma ps
- Review and enhance client deliverables including strategies, business cases, TOMs, process designs, and performance improvement insights
