What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end staffing and resource allocation across projects and engagements
- Partner with business and project stakeholders to understand resource requirements and deployment timelines
- Track resource availability, utilization, billability, and forecasting metrics
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to fulfill resource demands within agreed timelines
- Support workforce planning initiatives, including capacity planning and demand-supply analysis
