About the role
The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of an Associate Director / Senior Manager will include the following: Overall responsibility for client management, client development, business development initiatives, including proposals and subsequent wins Independently handle Advisory and Compliance engagements related to Direct Tax laws, such as Tax Structuring, Advisory, on-going Compliance and Litigation support, etc.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital
- Responsible for execution and management of the assigned engagements
- Lead the engagements proactively in helping to build practice and in sourcing work
- Delivering sessions at external forums, industry events and internal Learning and Education (‘L&E’) sessions
- Develop team through challenging assignments and supporting coaching, developing trust relationships and recognizing and rewarding contributions
