About the role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, Employee Center Pro, SOW (Service Operations Workspace), and HRSD modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
What you'll do
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management
- Design and enhance Employee Center Pro portal experiences using UI Builder and Service Portal technologies
- Configure and customize SOW (Service Operations Workspace) functionalities
- Develop and support HRSD solutions including HR Case Management and Employee Workflows
