About the role
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer with strong ServiceNow expertise, excellent design thinking capabilities, and hands-on experience in mobile application design and development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern enterprise solutions.
What you'll do
- Design intuitive, modern, and responsive user interfaces for ServiceNow applications and enterprise platforms
- Apply strong design thinking methodologies to understand user pain points and create user-centric solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and interactive designs using modern design tools
- Develop and customize UI components within the ServiceNow platform using Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace technologies
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and stakeholders during requirement gathering and solution design
