About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications, particularly within ITSM, ITAM, and GRC modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF), manual and automated testing methodologies, defect management, and ServiceNow platform validation.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Build and maintain automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing
- ITAM (Asset Management, CMDB)
- GRC (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit)
