About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow QA Engineer with strong expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and experience in ITAM, HRSD, and HCLS modules. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in manual and automated testing within the ServiceNow platform and be capable of ensuring high-quality releases across enterprise workflows and integrations.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow applications
- Build and maintain automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing
- ITAM – Asset Management, HAM/SAM, CMDB
- HRSD – HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events
