About the role
The Cloud Engineering and Ops team drives cloud migrations, engineering and OnPrem hosting, compute, storage data protection, data engineering for the Technology, Engineering & Operations organization. What will you be responsible for? Lead end-to-end ownership of MEMCM Server Patching across enterprise environments, ensuring compliance with organizational SLAs and security standards

- Act as primary escalation point for technical and process escalations, driving resolution with minimal supervision
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for Major Incidents and recurring patch failures; implement preventive measures
- Design and optimize patch deployment strategies , collections, and Configuration Items in MEMCM
