About the role
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer with hands-on experience in IRM/GRC modules to develop, customize, and support enterprise risk and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development along with a good understanding of risk, audit, and compliance processes.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
- Create dashboards, reports, and risk metrics for compliance and governance tracking
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Support platform enhancements, defect fixes, and production issues
- Participate in instance upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
