About the role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Implement and support HRSD, CSM, and Employee Workflows solutions
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
