About the role
Your primary responsibility is to build a strong pipeline of skilled technical talent that aligns with our requirements — including proficiency in Frontend/Backend , Data Science / Data Engineering - Golang for cloud-native services, Docker/Kubernetes , secure API development, and DevSecOps, Cisco/Splunk, Palantir, and other support services.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers and technical architects to understand detailed role specifications, skill requirements, and project timelines
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies — from sourcing to onboarding — with a strong focus on quality, diversity, and speed of hire
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, Boolean search, and networking in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical skills
- Ensure candidate experience remains positive and professional, while embedding security and compliance awareness during the hiring process
