About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Fresher to join our Recruitment team at an IT services organization . This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 years of experience who are interested in building a career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and engaging candidates for various IT and non-IT positions across the organization.
What you'll do
- Assist in sourcing candidates for various IT positions such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and technical skills
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication, experience, availability, location, and basic technical fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interview panels
