About the role
Epsilon Digital Experience (DX) is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex digital transformation and customer experience programs across global clients. This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of technology and digital experience initiatives, ensuring successful execution of business outcomes while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital experience programs and projects, ensuring successful outcomes against scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance
- Establish and lead delivery governance, executive reporting, project health reviews, and operational excellence initiatives
- Manage project and program financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, resource utilization, profitability, change requests, vendor management
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors, aligning delivery strategies with business objectives
- Lead multidisciplinary global teams across engineering, architecture, product, UX, content, analytics, quality assurance, operations
