What you'll do
- Partner with business collaborators and clients to understand strategic objectives, customer experience goals, business processes, and technology challenges
- Lead discovery, requirements engineering, and business analysis activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, process mapping, user journey analysis
- Develop business cases, solution recommendations, and transformation roadmaps that align business objectives with digital strategy, operational goals
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, architects, product owners, designers, engineers, vendors, and delivery teams to define, design
- Own the end-to-end definition of commerce and eCommerce Key Performance Indicators, including business definition, calculation logic, data grain, dimensions, filters
