About the role
As a Senior Associate, Advertiser Services, you will support advertisers by managing complex operational requests and ensuring efficient case resolution. You will play an important role in supporting advertiser program operations by troubleshooting platform issues, supporting operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
What you'll do
- Deliver exceptional support to advertisers by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage support cases related to transaction corrections, reporting adjustments, program deactivations
- Manage a high volume of cases by prioritizing requests and meeting established service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Foster open, clear, and effective communication with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and support effective resolution
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
