About the role
Solutions Engineers work in a cross functional environment, liaisoning with Customer Success, GTM/Sales, Product, Engineering, DevOps teams to whiteboard our solutions. Actively drive client demos/product walk through to simplify tech and explain the value proposition to prospective clients and lead the technical integrations until successful handover to CS/GTM teams.
What you'll do
- Work on implementations, verify execution and ensure successful handover of integrations to account management teams
- Build custom solutions/automations for workflow efficiency
- Inclination/liking to get under the hood, understand web/app development
