What you'll do
- Lead operations, resource, and capacity planning across the region's chipset programs — spanning CAD, Mechanical
- Own and continuously enhance CHS Operations systems, SharePoint lists, and Power Automate flows that support program execution
- Own end-to-end hardware R&D program management — project-manage from design through tape-out, fab, builds, bring-up, testing, and release
- Own external design-services partner bookkeeping and planning (Mechanical, PCB layout, and PCB library): work with Contracts and Finance on purchase orders, accounting
- Lead financial roll-ups across products and quarters by partnering with cross-functional teams; deliver clear
