What you'll do
- Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Own the backend and infrastructure architecture, making and documenting key technical decisions
- Define and maintain engineering standards for backend code, infrastructure, security, and deployment
- Advise leadership and delivery teams on technical approach, risk, effort, and cost for new projects and pitches
- Evaluate and select tools, services, and third-party partners, bringing in specialist support where appropriate
