- Design and implement services, adapters and agents with clear interfaces and strong test coverage
- Migrate and refactor legacy components while preserving existing behavior
- Build secure, observable and resilient components that run unattended at customer sites
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions and release support; mentor peers
