About the role
We are seeking a skilled AI Chatbot Developer with hands-on experience in WatsonX Assistant, Watson Discovery, and Orchestration frameworks to design and deliver enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, practical experience with chatbot platforms, and an understanding of enterprise integration and orchestration for end-to-end automation.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI chatbots using WatsonX Assistant and integrate with enterprise applications
- Build Watson Discovery solutions for intelligent document search, retrieval, and contextual insights
- Implement Orchestration flows to manage complex enterprise use cases across multiple systems
- Integrate chatbots with external platforms (ERP, CRM, HRMS, ITSM, etc.) via APIs and middleware
- Develop conversation flows, intents, entities, slots, and dialog strategies to improve customer experience
