We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced Ad Sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate execution of campaigns, and maximizing revenue opportunities. What you'll do
- Accurately process sales orders within defined timelines
- Work extensively on Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by suggesting alternative/replacement inventory
- Monitor bookings proactively, highlight discrepancies, and ensure timely corrections
- Coordinate seamlessly between Sales and Operations teams
