About the role
The ideal applicant for this position should have strong technical skills, be good communicator, and pay close attention to detail. The field engineer should diagnose and address problems, also maintain customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Your responsibilities as a QTS Filed Engineer will involve content loading, troubleshooting
- Delivering and uploading content to theatres as per movie release schedules
- Provide on-site technical support to customers, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware & software
- As movies are released on weekends and festival times, National holidays, your availability during that time is extremely critical
- Most of theatres run 4 shows a day, most of the planned maintenance and other work at the theatre site would happen pre-shows, post-shows, or in between shows
