Assessing the rural area for Gurus / Retailers / Authorised Channel partners. (Quality, Quantity and Distance) Work on strategy deployed by CSM (Guru Network) in tandem with associated authorized Dealers.
What you'll do

- Drive for results: Target Vs. Achievement
- Identifying mechanics who are interested to work as Gurus
- Identify and plan specific training Content for Gurus by liaison with training team
- Review Job cards and parts consumption growth and support on fulfilling aspirations with capability building with mentorship and coaching
