About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Grid Operator to join our team in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our power distribution system. As a Grid Operator, you will collaborate closely with the substation and power station teams to ensure seamless operations.
What you'll do
- Monitor and control the flow of electricity on the grid to ensure stable energy supply
- Operate various systems and equipment, including high tension (HT) and low tension (LT) circuits, to maintain efficiency
- Conduct routine inspections of substations and power stations to ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues within the grid to minimize disruptions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize grid performance and implement improvements
