About the role
Manage all cases related to Fleet operations, including ticket creation, resolution, closure, and case monitoring. Issues arising from the workshop will first be handled by the FCSC. If the case cannot be resolved, it will be transferred to the CSC. FCSC will oversee the following escalation path: Parts Issues (APM, RPM, Service Net, Parts Head)
What you'll do
- Manage all cases related to Fleet operations, including ticket creation, resolution, closure, and case monitoring
- Monitoring of Vehicle Delivered from Workshop with Fault Codes
- Monitor compliance with the service charter, ensuring that all processes are followed
