What you'll do
- Visit customers at their registered address/workplace for collection of pending loan EMIs
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMI payments and ensure timely collections
- Explain the outstanding amount, overdue charges and payment process to customers
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers through calls and field visits
- Collect EMI payments through approved company payment channels and provide the required acknowledgement/receipt
