About the role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates to join Bajaj Finance as Trainee – KYC & Sales Associates. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, KYC and document verification, application processing, explaining financial products, coordinating with customers/dealers and achieving assigned business targets.
What you'll do
- Collect and verify customer KYC documents as per company guidelines
- Check customer details, address proof, identity proof and other required documents
- Ensure accurate data entry and application login
- Follow company KYC, compliance and documentation processes
- Coordinate with customers for pending or incomplete documents
